Aims and objectives: Aims: Innovative research and intervention processes to promote new methodologies and effective/efficient tools within the themes of the research unit.
Objectives: To carry out empirical studies with evidence-based research designs to validate new research methodologies and lifelong intervention in various contexts, in relation to career counseling, counseling, positive psychology and the themes of the research unit.
Current projects: The research group is engaged in several research projects related to the topics under study. The group is part of both the "Psychology for career guidance and counseling" (LabOProCCareer) and "Positive psychology and prevention" (PosPsyc&P) (responsible Annamaria Di Fabio) research laboratories of the Department of Education, Languages, Interculture, Literatures and Psychology (FORLILPSI) of the University of Florence. The LabOProCCareer Research and Intervention Laboratory has been invited to be part of the Chaire universitaire UNESCO "Orientation et conseil tout au long de la vie" (under the scientific direction of Prof. Jean Guichard) for the international network of universities chosen to promote progress on the theme of orientation in terms of teaching, training, and research (since 2013).
