Nel Laboratorio vengono svolte ricerche nell'ambito dell'orientamento professionale, del career counseling, dello sviluppo di carriera e del career management con una particolare centratura sulla promozione delle risorse e sullo sviluppo e la verifica evidence-based di interventi innovativi.

Il laboratorio ha un'area di ricerca specifica focalizzata anche sul riconoscimento e la promozione dei talenti e delle competenze.

In this Laboratory research is carried out with a focus on vocational guidance, career counseling, career development and career management, with the particular goals of identifying and promoting individual resources and developing an evidence-base for effective, innovative interventions. 

The laboratory has an area of specific research also focused on the recognition and promotion of talents and skills.

Le principali aree di ricerca sono le seguenti: career decision-making, career adaptive outcomes (tra cui resilienza, career decision-making self-efficacy, employability...), intelligenza emotiva e career path, career management, life management, nuova metodologia del potere dell'audience, accountability, verifica dell'efficacia degli interventi in una prospettiva quali+quanti, costruzione, applicazione e verifica di nuovi strumenti e interventi innovativi per la career e la life construction, valorizzazione dei talenti e delle risorse umane, riconoscimento e costruzione delle competenze, imprenditività per il XXI secolo, intrapreneurial self-capital. The main areas of research are the following: career decision-making; career adaptive outcomes (among them resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy, employability...); emotional intelligence and career pathways; career management; life management; application of new methodologies, such as power of the audience; accountability; assessment of the effectiveness of intervention through a quali+quanti perspective; construction, application and verification of new tools and innovative intervention for career and life construction, development of talents and human resources, recognition and building of skills, intrapreneurship for the 21stcentury, intrapreneurial self-capital.

Attraverso l'attività del laboratorio ci si propone di rispondere ad alcuni interrogativi di ricerca tra cui:

- Quali fattori hanno un ruolo nel career-decision making?

- Quali fattori sono in grado di promuovere adaptive career outcomes?

- Quali sono i fattori in grado di sviluppare l'imprenditività per il XXI secolo?

- Quali interventi sono efficaci per il career e il life management nel XXI secolo?

 

Through the activity of the laboratory we aim to address important research questions including:

- Which factors play a role in career decision-making?

- Which factors promote adaptive career outcomes?

- Which factors contribute to the development of intrapreneurship for the 21st century?

- Which interventions are effective in promoting career and life management in the 21st century?

 

Le ricerche condotte nel Laboratorio riguardano diversi target di studenti e lavoratori e di persone in transizione e utilizzano vari strumenti, interventi e metodologie. Si propongono di verificare relazioni, processi di causalità, mediazione tra le variabili oggetto di studio e di verificare l'efficacia degli interventi in una prospettiva quali+quanti in accordo con principi di accountability.  The research carried out in the Laboratory focuses on varied popualations, including students,  workers and persons engaged in life and work transitions, and applies various tools, interventions and methodologies. The research assesses relationships, processes of causality, mediation between variables under study, and seeks to verify the effectiveness of interventions in a quali+quanti perspective according to accountability principles. 
Il Laboratorio di ricerca e intervento LabOProCCareer fa parte della Chaire universitaire UNESCO "Lifelong Guidance and Counseling" (sotto la direzione scientifica del Prof. Jean Guichard) per la rete internazionale delle università scelte nel mondo per favorire il progresso sul tema dell'orientamento e del counseling sotto il profilo dell'insegnamento, della formazione, della ricerca (dal 2013).  The Research and Intervention Laboratory LabOProCCareer is part of the Chaire UNESCO "Lifelong Guidance and Counseling" (under the scientific direction of Prof. Jean Guichard) for the international network of universities chosen across the world to promote progress in guidance and counseling topics concerning teaching, training, research (since 2013).
