Department Council
The Council is the governing and decision-making body of the Department.
The Council is chaired by the Director and is composed of all tenured professors and researchers affiliated with the Department, as well as representatives of the technical-administrative staff and students, in addition to the Administrative Manager.
Council meetings are valid if at least half plus one of the eligible members are present, unless legal provisions establish a different quorum. In determining the quorum for the validity of meetings, excused absences are not counted.
