Presentation
The research activity of the department focuses on the area of relationships between languages, cultures, minds, behaviors, and training and education investigated in relation to texts and contexts and the spatial and temporal dimension, with a strong vocation towards internationalization.
In particular, the research activity promotes: interdisciplinary collaboration both among the disciplines present in the department and with those of different scientific areas of the university; interculturality; the integration of theoretical, empirical and practical perspectives related to training, teaching and language and literary learning also understood as an area of research regarding the role of teaching; the promotion of well-being and education in a global perspective and the promotion of differences as an area of study and research that transcends the boundaries of the local context.
