Sections
In accordance to art. 26, paragraph 7 of the University Statute, and art. 8 of the University Regulations for Departments, the Department of Education, Languages, Intercultures, Literatures and Psychology is divided into Sections.
The Sections do not have management autonomy. Each professor or researcher can promote or be part of only one Section, without this precluding them from the possibility of collaborating with other Sections.
The adhesion of professors and researchers to single Sections is deliberated by the Department Council according to art. 8, paragraph 2, of the University Regulations for Departments, and can be subsequently modified upon motivated request of the professor concerned.
Each Section, within the unity of the Department and its purposes, and in close functional connection with the other Sections, retains its research autonomy as guaranteed to individual professors.
